If you do not wish to keep the product you have purchased, please notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase. You will need to ship us the product within the following 14 days from having notified us. To return an order please contact and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order. Make sure the items is unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging and tags still attached. This means that goods can not be damaged, marked, washed, altered or used, and that all tags and labels are still intact. You are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods caused by the handling of goods that have not been required to verify the nature, characteristics and function.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Epilogue by Eva Emanuelsen and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund using the right of withdrawal is including standard delivery charge (excluding additional costs as a result of selecting a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), and exclusive shipping costs for returning the item. Refund will be made no later than 14 days after the date we received notification about your decision to cancel the agreement, but may be held back until we have received the goods or until you have presented evidence that the goods are shipped.
The refund will be made with the same method of payment used for purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. International All prices are shown in NOK and the customer will be debited in that currency. Note that as all prices in the webshop are shown in NOK they therefore include Norwegian VAT of 25%. The VAT will be deducted for all orders shipped outside Norway, however the buyer will then have to pay local tax (VAT/MVA).
